Ingredients: pasteurized cow's milk, table salt, hardening agent calcium chloride, potassium nitrate, bacterial concentrate (mesophilic and thermophilic lactic acid bacteria), milk-forming enzyme preparation (microbial origin). The outer surface of the cheese is treated with the antibacterial preparation Natamax. Nutritional value per 100g: fats 28.5g, of which saturated 19.1g, proteins 27g, carbohydrates 0.5g, of which sugars 0.5g, salt not more than 2.5g, energy value: 1526 kJ/364.5 kcal.
